  1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using the services provided by Sunita Healthcare & Services (“the Company”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or booking our services. These terms apply to all visitors, patients, and caregivers.

  2. Scope of Services

    The Company provides home-based healthcare, including nursing, physiotherapy, elderly care, and medical equipment rentals. We act as a facilitator between professional caregivers and clients. While we strive for excellence, medical outcomes depend on individual patient conditions, and the Company does not guarantee specific health results.

  3. User Responsibilities

    Clients must provide accurate medical histories and a safe working environment for our staff. Any physical or verbal abuse toward caregivers will result in immediate termination of services without a refund. Clients are responsible for providing necessary medications and consumables required for treatment unless otherwise agreed.

  4. Booking and Payments

    All service bookings must be made through official channels. Payments are due as per the schedule agreed upon during enrollment. Delayed payments may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to modify service rates with prior notice.

  5. Limitation of Liability

    The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. In cases of medical emergencies, the Company’s role is to provide immediate assistance as per the caregiver’s training, but we are not a substitute for hospital emergency departments.

  6. Termination and Refund

    Either party may terminate the service agreement with a notice period specified in the service contract. Refunds for unused days will be processed after deducting administrative charges and applicable taxes.
